Charlotte Armitage is originally from New Zealand, but was brought up in the UK. Before starting Armitage Chacón she pursued a successful career in media, events, and hospitality in London.

Nuria Chacón was brought up in Catalonia. Prior to starting Armitage Chacón she worked with well known international yacht broker John Audabran for several years, and enjoyed a career in the gourmet food industry.
